By now, most of the guys in class would have recieved their enlistment letters.So I think it would be good if we compile all the details in this post so we can arrange maybe a farewell sendoff or meeting arrangements.

Class video:
HH. chao and I will be creating the class video this Friday. So I request those who have pictures of the memorable moments about our class, please pass them to me latest by Friday.
Acceptable mediums include, thumbdrive, CD/DVD, diskette and email.

Under orders from Mr Pun, I have to announce to the class that all those who have not emailed him your Personal Qualities to do so ASAP. His address is "pun_kin_hong@moe.edu.sg".
Those who do not imply that he has a free hand in writing your SGC based on the (limited) knowledge he has.
The 6 sections are
1. Interpersonal skill
2. Intellectual independence and desire for learning
3. Leadership Qualities
4. Civic-minded and Social Responsibility
5. Personal Attributes
6. Special Talents
He also mentioned that some of you did not include the Sunbeam CIP. If you went for it and do not wish to put in under the 3 achievements because its full, you can place it under the 4th section. Please dun fake any entries please.

The PC Show 2008 is from 12 June to 15 June at Suntec City Convention Centre.
I told some of the guys that we would be going on the 13th (Friday). But I'm thinking of making it on the 12th after the Econs tutorial for convenience purposes.

The NUS Open House is on this Saturday and Sunday.
The Open House starts at 9am and the last talk ends at 6pm (we do not have to go for all the talks). Although this is the block test period and there is always another Open House next year, it would be wise to use this as a good opportunity to gauge our choices earlier. If you wanna come, just tag your name.
Meeting time this Saturday at about 9am at Clementi MRT.

Things to do when we reach there.
Sort and write the names on the presents
Blow and put up balloons on the ceilings and walls.
Write names on masking tapes and paste on shirt.
Any other unforeseen tasks
We must finish those activities before 11am. After which, the children will start to “come out”.
11 am to 12pm, we will separate the children into 4 mixed groups as shown in the table. This is to allow us to better “control” their behaviour. We will introduce ourselves. To make things easier, we also tape down their names onto their shirts.
We can play games such as name memory games. As they know each other quite well, we will ask them to remember each others interests.
12pm to 1 pm will be our buffet lunch. We will let the children take first. In the meantime, we will hold a short meeting to discuss about our next few events.
1pm to 2.30pm. We will be playng another set of games but still within out set of groups. The games are free for all.

-murderer and thief (combine groups C and D)

2.30pm to 4pm will be mass game time
-Primarily musical chairs

From my previous post, I mentioned about those who wanna come earlier can come. In line with Guo Hao's suggestion. I have set two meeting times.
The first one will be at 9.30am at Choa Chu Kang MRT station. I will be here to meet those who want to come earlier. (For those who wanna come at this time, please inform me. )
The second meeting time will be 10.15am at CCK MRT. This is for those who do not wish to wake up so early. But please take note, I will not be around for this second time so your please take the intiative to come ON TIME.
For those who wanna come in between the two slots, your go directly to Sunbeam at 28 Hong San Terrace yourself. For the 0715 people, I will understand if your take the 10.15am slot. Your can come at 9.30am but please note the sacrifice to your sleeping time.
I know your may be tempted to come later. But please come earlier if you can make it, so we can have more time to put up the decorations and settle any last-minute stuff.

Take the MRT to Choa Chu Kang MRT station. Alight and change to the LRT line. Take 2 stops and alight at the Keat Hong station. Walk south-west towards Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 and the sign boards (I hope) will guide the way.
U can check the street directory for more details. Its at 28 Hong San Terrace. Time is 10.30am there. Please DO NOT BE LATE.
Those who want to come earlier at 9.30am or 10am to help out are strongly advised to. Cos there are really alot of balloons to be blown and things to settle. I will definitely be there then.

The budget for the presents and stuff has been approved and I will be claiming the money on Monday. So I am setting the day we go buy everything.

So I need volunteers to help "carry" the stuff back and wrap them. And I REALLY NEED ALOT of volunteers.

This should be the final time I have to confirm the attendance. After another round of reconfirmation, this will be final 15 people going. I will not entertain any more changes.

For Guo Hao, Wei Liang, Jie Yang, Sohee and Wei Han, as your confirmed quite late, your position and buffet lunch may not be guaranteed. Please be mentally prepared for the outcome. Time: 10.30am to 4.30pm
Place: Sunbeam Place for Children, 28 Hong San Terrace.

Intro to organisation: This organisation is dedicated to taking care of children whose parents cannot provide for them adequately.
We have to organise some games and play with the14 23-37 children. (I apologise for the hiccup earlier.) Due to constraints and the fact that ppl have not really confirmed with me. There are only places for 14 people. The children we are in charge of are from age 3-14. There will be people from the organisation helping us too.
The situation is that,
10.30am-11am Prepare the area such as putting up decorations.
11am-12pm Introduce ourselves. Play some preparatory games
12pm-1pm. Buffet lunch for those who have confirmed with me
1pm-4pm. Play games and entertain them (Open to suggestions)
4pm-4.30pm Clearing up
We need to buy presents (to be wrapped) for the kids and suitable decorations to be put up. Budget is $30/kid. The presents we are getting have to match their gender and age which is available in the picture above. We will be claiming from the organisation. We also have to get a name tag for the us and the children identify each other.

The date of the CIP activity has been set at 14 December.
Time: 10am to 4.30pm
Buffet lunch MAY be provided. Depends on numbers. Those who do not confirm will definitely not get.
Sunbeam Place for children. We are supposed to organise and entertain them with some games.
Please reconfirm your availability on this date with me ASAP. I need to confirm the attendance by Friday 9am.
