Things to do when we reach there.
Sort and write the names on the presents
Blow and put up balloons on the ceilings and walls.
Write names on masking tapes and paste on shirt.
Any other unforeseen tasks
We must finish those activities before 11am. After which, the children will start to “come out”.
11 am to 12pm, we will separate the children into 4 mixed groups as shown in the table. This is to allow us to better “control” their behaviour. We will introduce ourselves. To make things easier, we also tape down their names onto their shirts.
We can play games such as name memory games. As they know each other quite well, we will ask them to remember each others interests.
12pm to 1 pm will be our buffet lunch. We will let the children take first. In the meantime, we will hold a short meeting to discuss about our next few events.
1pm to 2.30pm. We will be playng another set of games but still within out set of groups. The games are free for all.

-murderer and thief (combine groups C and D)
---etc... card games
2.30pm to 4pm will be mass game time
-Primarily musical chairs
At about 3.45pm. We will be distributing the presents to the kids. The prizes for those who can stay last at the musical chairs will also be given at this time.
Hopefully by 4pm, we can wrap things up and take down the decorations.
