This is a follow up to the previous post earlier in greater detail.
Date: Friday, 14 December 2007
Time: 10.30am to 4.30pm
Place: Sunbeam Place for Children, 28 Hong San Terrace.
Nearest MRT is Choa Chu Kang
Intro to organisation: This organisation is dedicated to taking care of children whose parents cannot provide for them adequately.
We have to organise some games and play with the14 23-37 children. (I apologise for the hiccup earlier.) Due to constraints and the fact that ppl have not really confirmed with me. There are only places for 14 people. The children we are in charge of are from age 3-14. There will be people from the organisation helping us too.
The situation is that,
10.30am-11am Prepare the area such as putting up decorations.
11am-12pm Introduce ourselves. Play some preparatory games
12pm-1pm. Buffet lunch for those who have confirmed with me
1pm-4pm. Play games and entertain them (Open to suggestions)
4pm-4.30pm Clearing up
We need to buy presents (to be wrapped) for the kids and suitable decorations to be put up. Budget is $30/kid. The presents we are getting have to match their gender and age which is available in the picture above. We will be claiming from the organisation. We also have to get a name tag for the us and the children identify each other.
People confirmed going : Chek Keng, Amos, Hazel, Cindy, Wei Min, Gabriel, Hong Hao, Hui Xin, Jia Cheng, Kheng Meng. ( 10 people).
Confirmed cannot: Jun Hong, Wei Liang, Adeline, Annis, Cheryl, Chuen Hwee and Jie Yang
Unknown: Yanyu, Yan Chao, John, Hui Jie, Jia Rong, Wei Han, Sohee and Guohao.
This unknown people, please tell me ASAP whether you are going anot!!! I need to submit the confirmed attendance by 11am tml (5 December)! ( Max 14 people)
I intend to hold a meeting on MSN tomorrow ( December 5) at 10.30pm to discuss about the presents and the games we want to play. Those who want to help please online then.
